With Meeting Assistant v.3.12, you are now able to relate your meetings also to Contract which makes your account team have better visibility on how “the contract is going” . You can create questions related to Contract fields and even create processes related to existing agreements. Fresh look of Meeting Minutes with added features
We like colors as much as the next company, but it’s hard to create a colorful multi-purpose design. We have now a more generic design template for meeting minutes that suits best in most use cases.

What happened to blank questions?
Let’s imagine that you have a tight schedule with lots of meetings. It’s very often that the meeting memo needs to be sent to the client as soon as possible. Therefore, you might miss a few agenda items/ questions from your agenda. In Meeting Assistant v.3.12, those questions could also be skipped out of PDF minutes.
Improving your team communications
When assigning a task, it is now easier to create for you or your workmate. You can add more detailed information about the task with the inputs in the Comments field.
